SK Chase provides a complete voucher solution to Rufflets. SK Chase will process your personal data in order to provide the requested services to you which includes; processing voucher orders, processing payments, fulfilling voucher orders and providing customer support.

If agreed by yourself, Rufflets will have access to your personal data for hotel marketing purposes.
SK Chase will hold your data on behalf of Rufflets for as long as is necessary to provide these services.

3rd parties

SK Chase work closely with two 3rd party partners; JEM Marketing who print and dispatch postal orders and Ezone Interactive who provide additional customer service support. Both these 3rd party partners have relevant security processes in place to guarantee the safety of your data. This data will not be used for any other purposes.

We always offer our lowest prices on our own website. If you find a lower qualifying rate within 24 hours of making your reservation, we will match the lower rate, and add an extra 5% discount.

NO QUIBBLE CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your reservation, as long as it’s at least 24 hours prior to your planned arrival date, we won’t charge you. Just e-mail reservations@rufflets.co.uk (does not apply to advance purchase rates)

COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE
When you book directly with us, we will upgrade your booking to the next room category, subject to availability at check-in
